Communication
The key to the success of any remodeling project is strong communication between contractor and client. We believe in clear and honest communication, from the beginning to the end of the project. We know that you need to have all the information to make the best decisions you can. One of our highest priorities is listening to you and really hearing your needs and wishes throughout the project so we can accommodate them.
Integrity
Our integrity is very important to us. Our estimates are fair and honest. We don't take short-cuts and aren't afraid to take the appropriate amount of time to do the job right the first time. We feel strongly that a project is not well done unless you are ecstatic about the results and always endeavor to add touches that will delight our clients. We stand by our work and won't hesitate to fix anything that a client feels is not quite perfect.
Owner Involvement
Our owner Paul is your single point of contact from beginning to end of your project. He is the project manager and designer for all of our projects and is available to you at all times. Throughout the project, should you need to speak with him, whatever the reason, your call will be answered or returned immediately.

Paul Wolterbeek, Owner & General Contractor
My love for the construction process began at a very early age. I grew up in a do-it-yourself family. My father fixed his own cars, made much of his own furniture and built his own houses. When I was a kid, I thought all moms hung drywall on the weekends. It wasn't very long after we would finish building one house that my parents would begin sketching out the plans for the next one, always even bigger and better. At seven years old my first job was pulling nails from old cement form boards. Man was I happy when I got promoted to sweeping!. I continued to work with my father building custom homes until I finished college and started my own construction company.
Paul, Age 10I live in Santa Rosa with my wife and two children. We live in a home that we have remodeled (of course) to fit our very active family. I love to garden, have people over to my home and travel with my family. When we travel, I'm the guy staring up at the buildings and marveling at the architecture and the style of construction in different parts of the world.
Richard Sullivan, Lead Carpenter
Richard has been doing residential construction in Sonoma County for the past 8 years. He is experienced in many phases of construction. You will find him knowledgeable, personable and a pleasure to work with. And you gotta love that pooka shell necklace, not many guys can pull that off.
